À cette époque, l'enregistrement officiel de nos bouteilles n'était pas encore finalisé — un contretemps logistique nous privait du droit de vendre sur place. Nous sommes donc arrivés avec, pour seuls bagages, des échantillons : aucune bouteille à la vente, mais des vins à faire déguster. Une situation frustrante, il faut l'avouer, lorsque l'on participe à un salon de cette ampleur.At the time, the official registration of our bottles was not yet finalised — a logistical setback meant we could not sell on site. We therefore arrived with samples as our only luggage: no bottles for sale, but wines to be tasted. Et de ces dégustations est née une belle moisson de contacts : importateurs, distributeurs, acheteurs du secteur. Si nous n'avions rien à vendre, nous avions tout à construire.But the essential lay elsewhere. Cette présence n'était d'ailleurs pas passée inaperçue. Un photographe du salon nous avait saisis sur place, et notre image fut ensuite reprise dans la communication officielle du COEX — un clin d'œil qui, mine de rien, scellait notre entrée dans le paysage coréen du vin.That presence did not go unnoticed.
